My aim is to assist you in exploring your issues and inner most feelings and thoughts, to begin to think about the way you do things which in turn will bring about a better understanding of yourself .

The sessions are conducted in a calm, comfortable and caring environment to allow you to be completely relaxed and open. I subscribe to a stringent code of ethics and client confidentiality which will be upheld at all times.
